Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoons of chopped garlic and onion each
  • ¼ cup of ACV
  • Adhesive gauze pads

Preparation

Pour the ACV in a pot and let it boil, then add the onion and garlic and simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes. Leave the mixture to cool down afterwards, then add a bit on the center of the gauze pads, squeeze the excess liquid out and apply them on your soles. Put on a pair of socks and go to bed – in the morning, remove the pads and they should be dark from all the toxins they absorbed.
