We just don’t have the time to care for our health, at least not until it’s too late. If only we were to stop and listen to our body, it will tell us everything we need to know. At the first sign of trouble our body signals us, telling us we need to watch out and take better care, we just need to know to interpret them.
Some of the most common symptoms that indicate something is wrong include:
